All entries for the competition will be subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Participants must submit their articles on or before 10th of every month.

2. Articles may be based on any subject regarding Human Resources.

3. Articles must not exceed 800 words. Any illustrations in context of the article may also be provided.

4. Participants must give a declaration in writing that the article is an original work and not copied from anywhere. A declaration at the end of the article to this effect must be mentioned.

5. All articles once received by HUMAN EDGE will become our property and we may use it in any way we want. For publication, permission will be taken from the author of the article by us.

6. All articles must be in the following format:

a. Font: Times New Roman
b. Font Size: 12
c. Line Spacing: 1.15
d. Saved as a WORD 2003 document.
